Ok, remember you asked for it.
Steroids should only be used to help get past a plateau, when after years of dedicated training and diet you have reached your natural genetic potential. Your pictures look like you have never worked out or dieted a day in your life.
Additionally, a deca only cycle will typically cause erectile dysfunction, up to or including impotence due to the fact that it shuts down your natural testosterone production from the very first shot.
You clearly should not be on steroids whatsoever, and certainly not deca.
What is your planned pct?

I see you edited the post. Listen , we are going to give you the truth here not what you want to hear. Be smart and listen. Go to the diet and workout sections for the next 5 months.

I understand that this isn't what you wanted to hear, and for that I apologize, but a dose of the truth is often helpful overall even if it stings a bit.
