I'm sooo confused my brain hurts. But i'm trying, I really am. I'm using the search function before posting but i'm not really having any luck getting answers that I understand..... you have to be a scientist to read some of these. Anyway, i'm gonna run sust and winny like this:

wk 1-12 Sust. 500 mg/ wk
wk 6-16 Winny 100 mg/ day

My question is, what do I need for pct? I think I have gathered enough to know that I need Clomid and Nolva??? But how much do I take of each and when do I start and how long do I run them for? Do I start 18 days after my last shot of sust even though you are supposed to start pct a day after the last shot of winny?

Argh!!! Please help!!!

first off bro why are you running your winny like that??? doesnt make sense.. well with the cycle you have you wouldnt start pct untill a couple of days after last winny injection. so there for you test levels will already be shit before you reach pct. but to answer your question on pct..
nolva 25mgs/day for 4 weeks
clomid 100mgs for first week then 50mgs for the remainding 3

Sorry I made a mistake on that last post Its like this:

So now what? I got the doses down but dont I start pct like 18 days after last sust inj ? Or, if I start a few days after last winny inj, the sust will still be in my system???? See, I told you i was confused!!!

well now that you fixed your cycle. you need to start pct 14 days after last sust injection.
