sup everyone, been awhile since ive been here but just throwing out some pics so mabey i can get some idea's and junk.... anyway here are the stats and a few pics from the years

currently 6/15/08

6'5 246 lbs
12% Bf average
Been working out off and on for the past 3 years. mainly just keeping in shape, but eating alot more the past 8 months or so.

The next 4-6 months im going on a strict diet to bulk up and cut Bf. Also ill be more regular with my workouts...Atleast training 4 times a week.

again this is me putting myself out there for critique so be gentle =)

Oh and Ps. never been on any cycles, or supp's except glutamine and multiple vitamins...

Nah bro it was after a run, was in a good mood so I took a pic...

My diet has been sh!t the past couple months. I eat chicken and tuna like crazy but I cant stay away from the pizza and other garbage... Today im runing a new diet I put together, and hopefully after 2 weeks The diet will fit into my everyday life.

I put weight on fast when I eat alot of the right foods or wrong foods lol... Hopefully over the next 4+ months I settle in around 230ish Lean. My bro was only 6'4 207 when he ran his first cycle at 19. I told him not too but the peer pressure got to him quick. But he still gained 20lbs off a 275 adropen and only 100 of primo a week for 10 weeks. He was my workout partner til I left my gym because of "steriod pressure" and assholes leaving weights all over the place like they own the place.

Plans are to run test E or Sust for 10-12 at 500mg with 300-400mg primo the entire time.

Once im in top form im going to start speed and agility training so while on cycle I gain more of what I already have instead of just looking good.

Ill post my diet once I get it all together, and ill keep everyone posted on my gains

dude your mad lite weight no offense but get your diet straight and bulk up some natural, your natty tests levels should be pretty high and your only 20.

Meal 1: Pro/Carb

8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



Meal 2: Pro/Fat

Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



Meal 3: Pro/Carb

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


Meal 4: Pro/Fat

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



Workout


Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



Meal 6: PPWO

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



Meal 7: Pro/Fat

Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



Meal 8: Before Bed

3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories



Basically this is the sample diet from the diet furoms but I feel its a good base for me to start at.

Some veggies will include Kidney beans, carrots, peppers, Celery, corn , avacado, potatoes.

Greens are Brussel sprouts, string beans, broccoli etc...

Also ill sub out the Mayo with Flax oil, and also ill be adding in ground flax seeds to the diet.


Vitamins are as follow:

Folic acid
Calcium
Vitamin E
Vit C
Niacin (metabo booster)
Milk thistle
Fish oil (6000mg)
Glucosamin on Leg days

May start running an ECA stack soon, but only when my diet is up and running so I dont loose LBM.


Its time to get serious guys. Im tired of being second best. Its time to take the lead ;)

Dude take a look back at my first post. Im currently 23 and 246lbs.
