View Full Version : changing reps every week on cycle

well in H school in power training every week i would do something different like 3x10 week 1, 3x15, 3x5, 4-3-2, then a 3-2-1 .

ive been thinking of starting this again but want opinions since i hear and see most only staying at the 6-8 rep range for 3 sets for size
