if you had to take one supplement shake, protein/weight gain product. and money wasn’t an object, what would you chose?
currently i’m using BSN true-mass…. i’m just curious if there’s something else i should be looking into, lower fat, lower sugar, lower this, higher that, etc…. is there anything better or is this good enough?
thanks guys,

It just depends on personal goals, different strokes for diff folks...
I would choose muscle milk.

Well, there's protein- whey or other. And there's carbs- dextrose or other. I think your getting them confused.
Some "Shakes" have carbs others dont, some have more fat others dont, some have whey others have casein protein etc... Its all just a matter of your goals and what works for you.
the ISO-MASS you posted looks good for a post workout shake to me, but persoanly too many carbs for my everyday use.

diet is more important than protein shakes.
the only use i have for shakes are immediately after workout.
