Hi, i'm 44, 5'9" 186#, around 19%bf, and never done a cycle. Been lifting 4 days a week now for 2 mths, cardio (45 min walking) 5 days a week, diet has been clean, although this weekend i fell off the wagon and ate like crap.Although the bathroom scale doesn't show a decrease in BF, it definitely have lost fat and put back muscle.
I'm thinking about a 4 week cycle of intense fat burn. My maintenance cals are 2800, so going w/ 2000 cals, which will be 200-240 grams of clean protein, rest in complex carbs and fat (from flaxseed oil / olive oil, nuts).
I have albuterol, T3, frag 176-191, and if it ever freaking gets here, test e, 250mg / week (split into 2 doses of 125). I've read up here on the dosage of the above, so i know i'm on the right track there.
I guess my point in this is a sanity check to see if this is ok, i feel like it is, but wanted to run it past some folks that know what they're doing. Can i go lower on the calories, or will i lose too much muscle?
