Anyone got good results with this, i read its good for a lot more then building muscle mass.

I started using this 2 days ago way to early to give feedback from my part.

I read that CEE doesnt need to be cycled.

Thanks guys.

I just dont want to start using steroids anymore i did it when i was younger and really didnt like it.

Main goal is to strenghten my muscles and of course burn fat and speed up my metabolism.

I havnt tried a creatine I didnt like. You should notice a bit of strength gains within a week if your havnt used any type of creatine for a while.

It has been a while yes almost 5 years and it was mono not CEE.

I have been using creatine for the past 6 months. But every 12 weeks I take 2 weeks off to get it out of my system. I really notice the difference then as my strength is really down and I'm glad to get back onto it again. But you don't need to load it for the first week as some manufacturers say. Just take 5 grams each morning in water. I also add glutomine with mine.

I love the Ethyl Ester form of Creatine. I've been using it for over a year. A secret way of using it to get greater absorption is to mix the powder with either Flax/Fish/Hemp oils. Ethyl Ester attracts to fat inside our muscles so why not help it out by mixing it with good types of fat before it hits our system.

CEE has not been clinally studied but I've gotten great results without any cramping/bloating/shits. I'm not looking for the bodybuilding mass bloated look and CEE works perfectly for me. No loading and I take only take 2 - 4 gms per day.

Thanks Dan well its kicking in i guess cause i got a lot more muscles definition right now, of course changing my diet really helped too.

With the CEE i take a multi vitamine supp, fish caps, glucosamine, and calcium.

So i guess i am doing it right LOL i take this twice a day, and do feel its far better then creatine mono has you say no bloating that is a big plus fat free lean mass.

I got a year supply from axis labs
