I'd really use another SERM IMHO.

Nolva has been known to increase the expression of the PgR, by how much, I'm unaware.

If you were to start PCT too early or when you have metabolites of 19-Nors in your system (how long they last is debatable) you may increase your chances of progesterone related sides.

Clomid, Torm IMHO.
