help with pct please...

still have 2weeks of my 12weeks cycle:
1-12:test prop 100mg eod
8-12:winstrol 50mg ed.
t3 for 8 weeks and clen for the last 2weeks.
arimidex: 0.25 ed

am thinkin of my pct as this:
nolva and clomid only.
4weeks: nolva start with 40 ed for the first week then 20ed.
clomid: 100 ed for the first week then 50ed.

I would pick one or the other.
I dont think you need both.
and you could look into HCG.

I owuld just do the nolva. I heard clomid can give more mood swings or depression.... everyone is different.

thx for the help.am not intrested in hcg due to it side effects and i dont think ill need it in my cycle....
any other pct opinions??

HCG at 125-250ius 2-3 times weekly would be a nice addition to your cycle IMHO.

I'd also add Arimidex at 0.5mg/EOD.

Your PCT looks fine.

i think its a bit late for hcg or no?? i am in my 11week now...
how do u suggest i take it,at what dose? and will arimidex that am still taking @ 0.25 ed combat the eostrogenic issues from hcg?

The Arimidex will, but I'd raise it to 0.5mg/ED if your using HCG.

Get some HCG at run it at 250-500ius/ED 10-15 days out from PCT (bump AI to 0.5mg/ED) and then conduct your PCT.

cant get hcg right now:@ my supplier need 1 week to get me the stuff:S

HCG isnt needed, but it would help. Its not essential. There is no need to panic bro.

PCT will be fine with Clomid, Nolva and an AI if needed.

Use HCG next time. :aaGreen22
