Horrible Mess - PCT for Anavar???

I've been on anavar for about 4 weeks and I've had minor pains in my sides the whole time. The cycle is supposed to last six weeks but I want to stop immediately because the pains are getting worse.

I've been taking relatively low dosages of anavar - 20mg to 30mg a day but I've reduced my dosage to 10mg a day until I can get my hands on the proper PCTs.

PCT planning was VERY POOR on my part. I just figured out that the guys I get my info from aren't that informed themselves. I know, I should have had the PCTs in hand before I started my cycle. ***Insert creative insult here*** I deserve it :1laugh:

That said, consensus from similar threads on AR is I should pick up some nolva and run it for 20/20/20? If I can't get Nolva what should I get? I was told tribulus would work but I also hear that stuff is useless.

Also... I developed some very minor gyno symptoms from a winny only cycle that i did over a year ago. I didn't do anything about it at the time :1laugh: because I didnt think there was anything I could do. I've been doing a lot of reading up lately about gyno prevention & reduction. Should I run some letro as well?

Gyno from winny is unheard of, it must have not been winny. And hell with such a weak cycle like that PCT is almost not even necessary. Two weeks of Nolva at 10mg a day would be a enough to just be safe, you can get nolva right at the AR research chem store, the banner is right at the top right corner.

I keep hearing that gyno from winny is unheard of. I don't know what else it could have been. I didn't take any PCTs when i stopped my cycle.

I clearly remember the little cones on my nipples becoming more noticable half way thru my first cycle. My nipples have always stuck out a little more than your average dude so perhaps I'm insanely prone to gyno? Looking back my diet was horrible too. I'm a naturally skinny dude and I was packing a little more fat at that time. However, I'm 12% bf now and the pointy little bastards are still there.

When I read this I believe most of this is in your head. Winstrol does not convert into estrogen thus no gyno from winstrol. Maybe somebody sold you e.g. dbol as winstrol this may account for the gyno.

PCT after anavar cycle is waist of money in my opinion. But 20 mg nolvadex for two weeks is a PCT....

I know 2 other dudes that were taking the same shit and both of them got cramps as well.
