Use lots of rubbing alcohol. Take showers right after the gym.

they appear when i hard train and sweat a lot wearing a sweatshirt!

some help guys!!! they go and come! its driving me nuts!! before goin away they get really red then the next day nthing....then in 2 days the appear again for almos 4-5 days then the same thing happens. when i stretch the skin the seem to go away.
any ideas!?
