Major weakness from Ephedra supplement

I'm feeling a bit uneasy like i'm going to faint any moment. Been taking 20mg ephedra alk twice a day with 200mg caffine + 400mg green tea.

Muscles are feeling a bit numb too esp in my arms...

Any way to counter this?

now i'm much better. Was getting cramped up badly and losing balance walking so i drank up a gallon of water over the last hour and feel better. I think it could be extreme dehydration...

I thought i should update everyone since the condition became very serious last night... By early morning i lost conscious and was hospitalized. Got back now but i was lucky there was someone at home to call 911 else i don’t know if i would have recovered from the lost conscious...

Doc said I have to bare it out today and flush it out of the system, so should be good by tomorrow… But my heart is still beating a bit fast and i'm still so dry from inside even thoughi took the pills almost 12 hrs ago.

Never going to touch this again. Not worth dying for!

Just to add for anyone wondering, the shit "clen" pills that this website sells are like that. its garbage. its basically just a heart attack in a bottle.
