Alright guys here it is,
I'm still compiling reciepes that are high in Protein low fat ect. I am truely concerned about everyones diet after reading what some of you do with food. I hope to have it finished and up by the end of the weekend. To Mike and all of you guys out west, and to Big Al, Billy and all of you guys up North, ya'll are really going to be in for a good surprise. Everybody knows that us southern boys have some of the best cooks to ever grace the earth. I'll keep you posted.
