Anyone know if Anabol5 and Nitro-Tech Hardcore are a good combination cause I'm thinking of trying it out. Want to build muscle and gain mass combined. And I was thinking this might be a good start.

The thing with roids is that I was popped for a roids test a couple of weeks ago cause of my locker being open at work. Thats what they say anyway. The safety personnel that opened my locker found a paper containing test 250 info. And the boss used to be a personal trainer for 24fitness. Get the pic. Busted...

flintstones vitamins huh. great advice, douche bag. anyways, i'd say just eat extremely clean every 3 hours (lean meats, whole grains, tons of water, fiber packed fruits and veg etc). Take BCAA's/a complete amino acid complex (powder/liquid for max absorption/max protein synthesis) a mass builder preferably with a decent amount of carbs (since its mass you want make sure it's a high calorie mass builder with casein and whey proteins. do not take any kind of soy protein, it can hinder testosterone levels). Creatine Malate (best form of creatine) won't hurt either (find a micronized creatine product w/ creatine citrate for max absorption). Take an ***** 3/6/9 product (fish oil) and throw a shot or two of olive oil in your protein shakes as well (although it may make you shit like a ****ing mad man until you get use to it). Other than these products, dont rely on a supplement to meet your gains goals. 90% of gains are due to what you eat and what you do in the gym.

Glad to see we're all acting like adults...

In addition to some of the diet advice above, I wouldn't waste the money on NitroTech. Although it isn't a BAD product per say, it is WAY overpriced. If you want to add some protein to your existing meals, there's nothing wrong with a basic whey powder. If you need to rely soley on a shake for that meal, then I would say use a blended product (whey, casein, etc).

Yea, its hard to eat right when im working 10 to 12 hrs five days a week. That thats the reason behind the shake. And yes you are right NitroTech is expensive. Thanks for the info

your welcome man. if you've got questions just ask. I'd say since your working such brutal hours, bring 2 packed meals (if possible) and at least one protein shake and then 2 "snacks" such as apples (or celery, carrots etc.) and peanut butter (I like the new smuckers natural peanut butter, its pretty damn good w/ out all the shitty additives). If you want to gain weight (good weight anyway) you've gotta be eating every 3 hours or so. It'll keep your metabolism way up, you'll be retaining lean muscle and burning body fat all day.

Good stuff bro. Again thanks for the info. I take apples and baby carrots as a snack every day but sometimes I cant get to them with all the eyes around. Working on it though.

its definitely good stuff. I forgot which university study it was that I read about it, but it was either from UF or Kentucky (also found in the journal of the american medical association), but It was shown that fish/flax oil (same thing, its all o-m-e-g-a's) regulates good and bad cholesterol, enhances mood, relieves stress and depression, reduces heart disease risk, benefits circulatory system, reduce blood pressure, heightens immune system, and improves memory. Also, I wouldn't call it a fat burner but it will ultimately lead to the loss of body fat. Its definitely one of the best supplements you can take, overall.

I can completely understand on working hard hours and trying to figure out your training rout. One way i found a way to get in my calories was packing my lunch and snacks throughout the day. Sandwiches are a great way to keep up with your calories, but with more carbs. If you dont mind the extra weight you could gain from eating sandwiches multiple times during the day. Better to gain weight than go into a catabolic state. Also another way is to pack MRPs This way you can buy so it will fit your life style. (high or low calories, gain or loose weight, saying that your 160 i would assume gain) Rattlehead is right about the *****'s. One good product that i trust that is "*****" strong (haha) is O-M-E-G-A smart (without the dashes in betweeen letters).
