I train each body part once per week on the MAX-OT program. I am about to start a prohormone stack but I am curious if the Prohormones allow me to recover fast enough to train more. I mean, can I train twice a day and each body part twice a week or something of that nature? What is the best routine? Or should I stick to MAX-OT?

How are going about your Max-OT program and some stats would b nice. Also what is the prohormones you are about to take
