i orderd some stuff from lion and after paying didnt hear anything from him

after about 2 weeks i sent him an email and it seems they have stopped shipping over seas OK FINE

but why not notify people instead of keeping quiet
why not put a notice on the site?

why are they still accepting money for overseas orders and keeping quiet about it

ANYWAY i eventually was offered a refund
and the other day when i checked my bacnk account it has become apparent
that he has refunded me £8 less than what i paid
i only noticed 6 months later when going through my statements for tax purposes

after emailing him i was shcocked by his response

"We refunded the most we could on the card.> > Why has it taken you 6 months to address this?
> > That seems fishy to me.>"

after explaining that i had only just gone through my statements to fill out my tax form he replies with a couple of words saying something like we refunded the most we could

NO EXPLANATION no nothing

i have since sent him several emails over the last week asking what he means and where my £8 has gone


NO REPLY

I am shocked by this guys attitude, lack of customer care and business ethics
no explanation has been offered and he even accused me of being "fishy"

i even offered to make copies of my bank statements proving the error but alas no response

Agreed. I ordered about $180 worth of stuff, never heard a word again until I emailed a month later asking where my stuff was, he then said hes having shipping problems and he will refund. He asks me for my partial credit card details and order # so he can track down the order and refund it. I send him the details and get no refund and no reply.

but the fact that it is a small amount isnt really the point it

its the fact that he has done it and has no intention of putting it right

and what about anabollix - he has just stated he lost 180 dollars from him

it was 6 months ago i attempted an order to the UK

why is he still accepting money from overseas customers if he isnt shipping them

there is no excuse for this other than mal- practice

i think you should of brought this up 6 months ago personally. im not lion and i dont know how he runs his bizz but personally i wouldnt think he would still have your records 6 months later so how can he say he made a mistake? dont you keep bank records? i know every dollar in every one of my accounts.

1. why is there no warning on his site that he is not shipping over seas?

2 why does he not send an email out to the person in question once the overseas customer has made his payment (this has happened to several people not just me and anabolix)

3 - why has he refunded me the wrong amount?

4 - why has he offered me no explanation after weeks of emails being ignored?

5 - why has annabolix receive no emails and no refund from his $180?

Just a thought but could the $14 dollar difference be attributed to currency fluctuation? exchange rates are variable and a refund of usd dollars today may not be equal to the english pd several months ago.

Not saying for sure but quite possible.

Actually thats a real possibility.

I know here in aus the exchange rate for the us is now a lot weaker then it was 6 months ago.

the refund was done a week a two later

i only noticed the difference 6 months later

there is no way the exchange rate couldve dropped that much in a week

even if it did that doesnt explain the other matters on hand here

I sent him another email yesterday and he told me "I re-sent your info to the person that does the refunds...you will get it."

I wasn't saying he was petty by the amount, i was just asking.

When it comes to money and giving it to someone i don't know i would be upset to. Listen this is a business, i don't care if he owed you a dollar it should have been paid in a reasonable time. Mind you, you did wait a long time to email him but anybody in the business should have saw this :

Option 1: Ignore him and hope he goes away. If not he could potentially spread negative word of mouth which might also lead to me losing him as a customer. Being that my business thrives off word of mouth, i am taking a chance here.

Option 2: Pay him ASAP and no one will know about this. Not only will i keep this guy as a happy customer but i will also have him spread positive word of mouth (advertising) for only 14 bucks (14 bucks that was rightfully his in the begin with).

Seems like it should have been an easy decision.

back up bro. i personally have no clue what lion thinks or how he runs his bizz, i was just saying that you should of got back to him 6 months prior to discuss your $14. everyone gets bank statements, whether paper or online we all get them. as for him not shipping, i agree he should have that posted on his web page. im not sticking up for him or putting him down im just stating how i feel

well just to update Lion has apologised and offered me a research chem of my choice free of charge so i am prepared to accept his apology and let the matter drop

First off, let me apologize for the hassle this has been for you. We still have been doing international orders up until this point, since customs is causing us so many problems AND in order to catch up with some of these back issues.
We haven't been ignoring you. We had to talk to the accountant and others in the company about what to do about this situation. We no longer have your credit card info on file so we can not refund you the remainder.

I was in the same situation - had ordered clen but they could not ship to UK. Was ok because i got a full refund (was not short at all).

G-Force - are you able to put a couple of bottles of clen in your order for me - i can pay you via PAYPAL and cover the fees

he told me I will get a refund 30 days from aug 11, well today is the 29 so maybe it one day early, but no refund. NO Product and a fake tracking number.
If I do not get a refund soon, I will call Visa and get a charge back. Then report him for mail fraud so Visa will not do business with him anymore.

i got all of my pins from them but they gave me attitude in emails because i kept bugging them because i paid for the 2-3 day shipping and i got them a week and a half later

Seems like LION went OUT OF HIS way to satisfy a customer. That's what I call good business. I would do busiess with Lion in a heartbeat.

As for G-force, I can see your point about not shipping to Europe but if it was me and you had waited 6 months, I'm sorry but I wouldn't be able to help you out in anyway. In the future maybe you need to reconcile your checkbook every month. You do know that the BANKS make mistakes ALL the time. You need to stay on top of it every month.

One month I found the bank had deposited a $2800.00 check of mine in some one elses account. That person didn't let the back know. In fact they spent most of it as soon as they realized the mistake deposit was in their account. Luckily I still had the deposit receipt and do business with them regularly and so they resloved it ASAP. BUT if I had waited 6 months and had bounced checks to a dozen places you can imagine what a fcking headache that would have been.

Each place would have charged me a 35 return check fee plus the back charging me a 35 dollar overdraft fee. Plus screwing up my credit and it wouldn't have even been my fault. It could have easily gotten into the thousands of dollars.

As you can imagine I check my statements with a fine tooth comb these days. Funny thing is that wasn't even the first time a back has screwed me over.

Yes, and I've not had any reply from them as of yet. So I guess they are not going to refund me or send my products... last time I checked that was called stealing.

I do not recommend them to anyone and they should be added to the list of scammers out there.
