For some reason I've been cursed with carrying a good amount of fat around my lower chest area.
It's not lumpy or itchy or sensitive or anything so pretty sure it's not gyno.
And when i diet I tend to slim up everywhere but there.
It's like a god damn plague.
Any ideas on exercises or any way to target that area and burn that fat up?
Is it possible that during diet/cardio phase I have to burn up everywhere else before that area will start to burn up?
Need help on this one.

Sometimes people have trouble with that. I know I have to keep a low bf% or else the fat will pack on my chest, its also the last to come off. I would get your hormone levels checked as well, it could still be pre-gyno, so nolvadex or an AI might still help.

You can have a natural case of gyno with out ever pinning. It happens to some people during puberty or even to older men later in life when the test and estro levels are out of sync. I am sure we have all seen people with it, like phil mickelson lol.

Yeah I've searched around about that before, but the only info I could seem to get was from plastic surgery sites that tell you there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, except set up a free consultation with their doctor.

Any ideas on getting rid of it if it is natural gyno?
Will diet and cardio eventually get it?

I would search some more b.c there are some good pics of it. I think I've even seen some on here. You should definitely be able to tell the difference.

Or post a pic on here with the your chest down to the stomach and you could find out pretty quickly if you just need to drop the BF in general or look into treating the possible gyno

Just took the most unflattering picture of myself ever.
Haha, I can't even look at that.
Got the light just right to really show where the problem lies...

I don't believe its gyno, your BF is just too high all over. I also have chest fat. With a t-shirt on it makes me look like my chest is bigger than it is, so I used to think - cool. But now I'm trying hard to cut and its getting a little better, but definitely stubborn to lose. Got to lose fat everywhere I think, before that goes.

Yeah, it looks nothing like the gyno I have seen pics of. As long as there isn't a hard lump behind the nipple, I would just try and lower your overall BF%.

I would post your diet in the diet section to get help lowering the BF. It differs from individual to individual, so that may be one of the last places you lose fat, but once you get down to a low enough BF it will go away.

I have to agree my first impression are that you dont have gyno. If it was i would expect that your nipples would be facing downward more. If you get gyno I dont believe it is reversible with out surgery because you actually develop a gland behind your nipple that wont disappear with weight loss.

It could be possible. Focus on your diet and weight training for now. If you get in really good shape and it seems it hasnt changed, Go see a plastic surgeon if you like.

Cool, thanks guys.
My "natural" state would to just be a fat kid if I didn't work out and ate whatever I wanted so it's quite a struggle to get my bodyfat much lower than it is.
I't's around 15.8% right now which is probably the lowest it's ever been.
I've been hitting the diet and cardio hardcore for about a week now and I have lost about ten pounds, hopefully all fat.
I will keep at it and let you guys know how it goes, but if it doesn't look like gyno then that is good news to me!

Unless that is a really bad picture I would venture to say you are closer to 20-22% bf not 15.8%.

Yeah it's a really bad picture.
No point posting a decent one if I'm looking to get advice on the problem areas.

I had my bf measured by one of those machines and it said it was 13.9, then had it measured by a guy at my gym and he said it was 15.8 or so.
So I'm going with what he said.

doesn't look too bad man. Mine are like that when soft but when my nips harden up(I wish they would stay hard) my chest looks like all muscle and I'm about 19-20% body fat. I do have a little gyno too. I'm 6'3 240 and fairly muscular. I think all you need is some hardcore cardio and a little diet and you'll be good to go. : )

Yeah I'm the samw way, when my nips are hard it looks like solid muscle, but when soft it looks like a mess.
I'm hitting the guerilla cardio 3x a week and low-intensity cardio 3-4 times a week and keeping my diet in check.
So hopefully I'll be able to burn some of this up!

AI's are too late at this point..

I have the same issue although I am much leaner than you.....I was overweight in my teens and it seems to be that skin/tissue from those day just won't shake off.....I'm still hopeful that builiding the pecs from the bottom up will work....

I've seen a few doc's and they all want to do lipo....they've all said no gland issue....but If I ever do want to spend all that money....i would have them remove some the gland tissue..

I hear that. I'll rant about how much I hate it to my girlfriend and she has no idea what I'm talking about and says she likes my chest.
But then again she HAS to say that haha.
But yeah, I've never had a single other person really notice it but I'm aware of it constantly.
It ****s with your head.
