Proviron with Tamofen (tamoxifen) 4 PCT?

my cycle with Deca, Sustanon and D-Bol :

Week 1-4 = Susta 250, Deca 100, D-Bol 30
Week 5-7 = Susta 500, Deca 200, D-Bol 30
Week 8-12 = Susta 500....

Week 14 to start PCT

i have proviron and tamofen (tamoxifen) how much dosage i should take?advice please. Thanks

i used to do nolva 40mg/dy 4wks and proviron 100mg/dy 4 wks

I use Proviron at 25-50mg/ED for the length of my PCT protocol. Nolva at 20mg/ED, but I prefer Clomid.
