gonna start Roaccutan/accutaine ive tried everything else without success. Anyone know the proper dosage?

It depends on your weight. Did your dermatologist not give you your dosage? I weigh 200 lbs and my dosage is 120 split 3 times a day.

The "standard" dosage in the US is 1mg per kg body weight. Many doctors believe that dosage is way more than is necessary though. Many people on this board have had success with as little as 10 mg per day.
