hey guys i just finished a 16 week cycle of test e 8 weeks and prop and tren for 8 weeks...im currently on my first week of pct and im taking 100mg of clomid per day and 10mg d-bol first 15 mins of waking up to cut cortisol levels to retain muscle (doing the d-bol 4 weeks 10mg in morn)..

my question is, are my estrogen levels too high or something because im seriously feeling messed up here taking this clomid, i know it has the tendancy to make you feel like a chick but i feel terrible on it right now, my emotions are all over the place and i feel down alot...ive taken it before during my last pct and it wasnt nearly as bad as it is now...is there anything i can to to kinda counter balance the hormones? like use arimidex or something?...

I would cut the dbol .do a cycle and then do a pct, clomid alone is not a good pct.you could add nolva or cut the clomid and use nolva and a AI like aromison.as far as feeling like shit and deppressed it's probably because your test levels are really suppressed.cut the dbol and start a good pct right away.

i dont want to get into a whole elaborate thing about why ill keep taking the d-bol but i hear that this method of d-bol in the morning (only 10mg within15mins of waking up) actually tricks the body into not being able to see that variable in the body, and it cuts cortisol levels right down and allows you to retain some really good gains, after about 4 weeks my body can be up to 80% recovered naturally and then ill come off d-bol for the remainder of the pct..it sounds rediculus but i just dont have the patience to type it all to explain it cause i wont be able to make sense of it. im curious to try this method because alot of people swear by it. also why not clomid and only nolva? i thought it was the clomid that brings the balls up to par really fast.

Gosh, dude... don't mean to be harsh, but poor Cycle planning. The cycle by itself it's not bad but you not having planned out your PCT before hand after such cycle... bad, bad, bad!

Anyway, to your question...

Clomid alone for PCT after a cycle like yours... yuk! Prepare yourself to lose most of your gains. Worst, start getting ready for Gyno.

OK, get some Letro/Nolva/Proviron and hCG. Add those accordingly to your PCT protocol.

You're on week 1 to week #2, so you have to move fast.

Add the Nolva to the Clomid for 5 weeks; at week #5, drop the clomid and do one week alone of Nolva.

From week #2 - week 6, add 50mg of Proviron.

Finally, keep the Letro in hand to assist in case Estro levels get out of control and the Nolva/Clomid/Proviron can't handle the gyno on time.

Damn, dude.. you need to start doing better planning for future cycles.

bad cycle planning? i guess everyone works different because i think my cycle worked out well for me..i did enth for 8 weeks and didnt really like the bloat so i jumped on the tren and prop, i actually did the prop for 10 weeks and tren for 8...anyways i cant get my hands on proviron or letro, is the letro from the ar site only?...i usually do my post cycle with clomid and it works out pretty good..i know i dont have the greatest pct but i came off at a rather unexpected time and ill be jumping on another cycle after 2 months being off...my next pct ill be doing hcg 4 weeks before my last shot and 1 week into pct with nolva and clomid, i havent had any gyno issues at all so far even throughout my cycle.
also for my next cycle is it ok to do hcg throughout? i just want to keep my balls next cycle.

oh and i was also told that its too late to start hcg as theres no point in doing it now, i should have been doing it my last weeks of my cycle and 1st week into pct...

U might as well save the hcg now as you should have started running it on the last week of your cycle and ending on the start of your second week of pct.it's always best to always have your whole pct planned out before you even start your cycle.
