Nolvadex bad on cycle?

Is nolvadex bad to take on cycle? And if you did take it on cycle will is supress any gains or ruin your cycle in any way???

I'm sure people will post on here saying that nolva is a horrible choice on cycle as it can inhibit your gains.people have mixed opinions on this subject but I personally ran nolva for the last 6 weeks of my last cycle at 10mg ED and I kept making great gains just as I was before I started taking it.IMO a low dose of nolva on cycle isn't going to inhibit your gains but most people will prefer to take arimidex on cycle and nolva for pct only.

It's fine to use, but if you do best to IMO choose a different approach to PCT (clomid, fareston based for example..ie not more nolva).
