coming off from an only test-E cycle critic my PCT plz

In 2 weeks I will come off from a 20 weeks only test-e cycle at 750mg EW I will use clomid, nolva,hcg,proviron in my PCT as follows
week1-3:50mg proviron/day,40mg nolvadex/day,500iu hcg every 3 to 4 days,200mg clomid/day

week4-6:50mg proviron/day,20mg nolvadex/day,500iu hcg every 3 to 4 days,100mg clomid/day

i am also thinking about bridgin with proviron @25mg/day

i would use the hcg last 3 weeks of the cycle and 1st week of pct. but as you only have 2 weeks left and it has been a long cycle, i would start the hcg now and run it for 2 weeks into pct.

i can extend the cycle so i will have a better PCT. so after my last injection of test i will start injecting HCG for 3 week then i will start PCT and do 2 weeks of HCG right ?
