Newbie, First cycle Question

Yeppers, it's another one.

Age: 30
Height: 6'
Weight: 215 pounds
BF%: 16
Years lifting: 16
Bench max: 375
Squat max: 400
Deadlift max: 600

I am doing a 10 week cycle. Test E 400mg, M-Thurs split. Dbol 4 week cycle 20mg ED. Both run concurrent. 3 weeks after the Test I plan on taking Nolvadex, I have 20mg, 100tabs.

Question, is Nolvadex enough for a good PCT. How should I run the PCT on Nolvadex for best results? I just want shit back to normal best as possible. I know I could probably add some Clomid but have non. Let me know, thanks.

you need at least one serm and one ai. back when I used to do pct I liked AR's pct.

i wouldnt wait 3 weeks to start PCT. i would start it 14 days after last injection.
i prefer to run my nolva like this
wk 1-2 : 40mg per day
wk 3-4 : 20mg per day

add in some clomid at 50-100mg a day for the 4 weeks also

i dont use an AI during PCT that much, but since it sounds like its a first cycle for you.. throw in some aromisin.

So clomid is for what now? I guess I could go read about it. I thought nolva was to keep you from getting gyno, and to help return your test levels back to normal.

Is Aromasin hard to come by? My guy has the Nolvadex, HCG but no Aromasin. I get the HCG in 5000iu, so I should only need one of those? 5000iu/500iu = 10 x 500iu. Any idea on the Aromasin, is that $hit illegal/script only in the US?
