Im on week 5 of my Test Cyp and Deca cycle. It seems my gyno is a lil worse then usual. which started about a week ago. Ive been taking 10mg of nolva a day since week 2 and jumped up to 20mg/day on week 3 to now.

Should i keep taking 20mg? should i bump it up? take out the deca? or stop freaking out it will go away?
Its my right nip and its a lil more then just puffy. theres a lump and very sore. This usually happens on my deca cycles but like i said it just seems a little worse and it usually goes away after a few days of 20mg nolva but it has'nt

Cycle:
Test Cyp 500mg/wk
Deca 300mg/wk

thanks guys

stop the nolva and start an AI such as arimidex/aromasin/letro. Nolva will not help the situation if the gyno is a result of the deca.

Definitely stop nolva and get on Letro asap.

since i never took letro, ive been doing some reading on it tonight. Just wanted to double check and make sure this looks right.

Test Cyp 500mg/wk wk 1-10
Deca 300mgs/wk wk 1-8

Letro 2.5mg/ED wk 7-12
Clomid wk 12-15

(notes: im on week 7 of cycle, and i still have my nolva 20mg)

i would taper off very slowly on the letro untill about week 13 or so.

WHOA!!! 2.5mgs is a dose used to REVERSE GYNO...

Not to control it..

try .25mgs ED....

AND STOP TAKING NOLVA ON CYCLE NOW!!! That is probably the result of your gyno. Nolva is dumb on cycle IMO, youd be better off with an AI.

And Nolva w/ Deca or Tren creates worse sides...

There is a estrogen rebound effect caused by Letro, so take it until the day before you begin your PCT. That way all the PCT drugs will handle the rebound.

For future reference bro, i would suggest reading up on estrogen and progesterone side effect control before jumping on cycles...

Sorry the 2.5 was a typo, i meant .25, Also I AM trying to reverse it, not control it at this point, and i did stop taking nolva, read the first few post.

I did read about the rebound effect, so i was thinking about .25mg, .50mg, .75mg, 1mg ect until i get to 2.5mg. soon as the lump is gone (hopefully way before my pct) then i was going to back down, 2.5mg, 2.0mg, 1.5mg ect back down to .25mg, then go on clomid for 3 weeks.

So how does that sound?

Progesterone relates gyno (rare) or prolactin related gyno will only form in the presence of estrogen, so control it when using 19-Nor's.

AI's (Aromatase Inhibitors) : There are 2 types of AI's. Type I (suicide inhibitor) attaches to the aromatase enzyme and permanently disables it. Type II compete for the enzyme, but dont destroy it. Both are effective at lowering estrogen substantially. Both are commonly used during both cycling and PCT. Used mainly when low estrogen levels are desired, like contest preparation/cutting. Beware that lowering estrogen with strong AI's can have a negative effect on cholesterol levels and low estrogen levels can lead to sore joints, cause your losing estrogens anti-inflammitory effect. Can also have a negative impact on your libido. Estrogen has an important role in mass building and joint health, as noted below where "estrogen" is explained.
