I'll be starting a 10 week cycle of test e 500mg twice weekly.

what will be my best pct to use do i need a SERM or AI?

I was going to go with Tomoxifen 20mg a day for 4 weeks but is there anything better.

serm and ai is best but if you only have nolva you should be ok. Start pct 2 weeks after last test e shot. If possible throw in some aromasin.
