70 and staging a come back

After a 25 year absence on the National Masters scene I'm yet again staging a come back to competition. Problem is that I have a very high red blood cell count, benign prostate the size of New Jersey and 10 years remission from Salviary gland cancer. I currently take Androgel and an over the counter anti estrogen compound.

Am I insane to use gear again? I always used Test Cyp/Decca for bulking in the past and Primobolin Acetate/Equipoise/Winstrol V during last 3 months prior to the stage. In those days gear was legal. The idea of bathtub brews scare the crap outta me. Any dialed in senior men out there with an understanding applicable to my situation?

Have you had a PSA test done recently ? Also you will need a Testosterone and Estradiol test done as well. At your age you should go for the full blood work up before you embark on anything. I am 53 by the way :-)

If hes on HRT the Test and estradiol has already been tested.

Thanx...entertaining avitars. PSA 1.1 and test/estroidols checked yearly. 209/65 prior to AndroGel/anti estrogen and 1000/45 since. My younger brother is a retired Internist/Cardiologist and keeps his eye on me. Back when the Oakland Raiders became the Los Angeles Raiders he was one of the team docs and delt with effects of gear. He is hip 1980s wise.

Hi, I'm also 70, and my last cycle was anavar. AT our age we have to be careful about that damn prostate and our liver. I've had a prostate biopsy to be on the safe side but to be hobest I also take Finasteride to try and keep it down. At the moment Im doing an ECA stack using Dynalyne which at the moment is still leg in UK. I put on 10 pounds while on anavar which included some fat around the waist which I want to get rid of.
Stats are weight 219 pounds (aim 210 pounds)
Height 5 feet 7
Chest 46 inch
waist 39 inch
Biceps 15 inch
This was taken before I did the anavar cycle.

I've pulled out of the ECA, the Ephadrine was driving my blood pressure crazy, its normally 125/40 and pulse 60 ish, but after 5 days on Eph I had a BP of 195/90 and pulse 95! One of the things we have to watch out for as we age as I don't want a stroke!:no:

Well well we did bring him out...great. Nice to have company. My irregular heartbeat will not allow anything heavier than caffeine. I always did an Atkins type of diet to get shredded in the '80s. Should still work. Where I live it is easier to find opiates than it is gear.

I forgot all about Anavar. I use to get stacks of pop out sheets from Italy with those little white pills under the aluminum foil. Once I dropped all other gear and took 5 Anavar 3 times a day. Thats' when I did my all time best squats...405x15 at age 48. Damn I miss those golden days.

One of the problems with Atkins is the few carbs which it allowed. BTW 2bshredder I lost 6 pounds in the 5 days I was on Eph! Powerful stuff. Last year I went down from 266 pounds to 219 following an eating regime which a German gym instructor gave me. I Never went hungry just re-adjusted times when I ate. If anyone want a copy I'll email or PM it.
