I just starting drinking some tea every now and then, cuz its real cheap and maybe it will help a little bit too. Just wondered what the best type of tea was and the difference between them. Right now i'm taking herbal tea.

Just wondering if there was any real differences in the different teas, more specifically green vs herbal, since those seem to be the most popular

try mushroom tea...its the best (as he sees lots of colors) :)
anyway, green tea is generally considered the best for health. it has certain substances that aid in fat loss (by increasing energy expenditure). It also has cancer fighting properties (anti-oxidants).
All kidding aside.
Saubodian- Green Tea is great for you and has some fat burning properites. If yu have noticed. The new Hydroxycut has green tea extract added to it.

ah another lousiana brother speaks out. i remember my days in the cow field (or levee), digging through lawn nuggets to find the pot-o gold. it usually ended up with some tipping. those were the days
