Hey guys, Hopefully you can help me out. When Im trying to bulk up the part I hate the most is trying to make myself wake up in the middle of the night and eat some protien or drink a protien shake. A buddy mentioned that there is a protien powder that is like a time release, so if you take it before bed you dont have to wake up in the middle of the night to eat it will release slowly while you sleep. I have never heard of this, Has anyone heard of this? Thanks for any input.

Again...CASEIN. Cottage Cheese is dairy...it has casein proteins in it.
Search casein on the forums and do a little reading about casein.

drinking your whey protein with milk also slows it down or just eat cottage cheese or drink milk.

What BEN said. Just have a Casein protein shake with olive oil.
ON's 100% Casein Protein

Or you can look into MHP's Probolic SR 12 Hour muscle feeder

yep i take the ON Casein 2 scoops is like 48g protein. Its stick as shit with milk so i mix it with water instead. Anytime you might be missing meals in a day casein is good.
