Fellas, whats going on? I'm 20 years old in college, and weigh 155 lbs. I've been working out consistently for a year. I am going to take trenadrol 60 capsules and 3 times a day. I was wondering if anyone has taken Tren. before and the results they've had with it. I was also wondering if going to the gym 2 times a day for a week or two would be a smart idea or not.. any feedback is appreciated thanks.

you don't need to lift twice a day. just work hard for one and you'll be fine.

never used it.. every unfortunate person who has, atleast the ones who have posted have said the same thing.. garbage.

going to the gym 2 times a week for a week or two? man....you need to get on a consistent diet and training program and learn to understand that this is a lifelong process, nothing you can gain in a few weeks with some pills.

What is TRENADROL? A prohormone?

i'm 5 10... just a question. would going to the gym twice a day benefit me?

each muscle group once a week works best for me..
why twice a day

^^^ x2 by the time i get done with one theres no steam left for round 2.

make sure you get that muscle to complete failure..works for me 2.

then rest

5'10 @ 155 = EAT MORE, LIFT MORE. don't think of any ph's any time soon
