I'm paying with my mastercard from home, using the same billing address on the card (my home in the states) but I need the products shipped to me in Italy. it's telling me my card couldn't be processed? the card is fine I use it everyday, and all the information i put in is correct? help me

I had this problem with a couple of cards and finally got one that worked. It wasnt the cards but it wouldnt take them for some reason. Have no Ideal what the problem is.
