thanks sis and bros,ill put more pics in soon if its ok with all of you.I am currently in my bulking season which i hate but i have to do it in order to gain weight,i know i can switch to diet from one day to the next and get ripped in 4 to 6 weeks but i hate my body blowing up.I thinks it great if i inspire people because its all a matter of mind over body,another point is im like a freak over here where i live,nobody understands me or what i do and why i do it,and it hard to get motivated,so if someone outthere values my physique thank you.and get pumping those weights!

well bro im really not that big,its the shape whats makes me look bigger,in that pic im about 90kg for 5,11 which is shit ,i must be like flex big but light,it pisses me off ,guys my hight r about 100kg but im as big as them or look bigger which is hard to understand but thats how it is , i have never measured my arms on diet,dont wonna cry heheh ,but im still growing seeya around bro,special hi to the girls
