Im on a 12 week cycle of Test E. 500mgs/week. I thought I had a good pct but now after reading further posts, im wrong. I have Letrozole, Nolvodex, Clomid , HCG, and Proviron. Can someone recommend a good pct?

Dont run the letro in pct. Nolva/proviron should be good for pct if anything add some clomid.

have u done 12 w test ? good result ?

I'm on the same cycle now and will be using Nolva/Aromasin. It's not a hugely complicated cycle

Yes. im real happy will the results. hope I can keep most of it.

IMO and experience nolva and clomid should be the base of every PCT.
Then, build on it if needed with a prime of HCG, and run an AI, not just any AI but a steroidal one, (no adex or letro) taper that down a wk after SERMS and this can avoid much of the estro rebound and keep your pecker alive to boot.
