I plan to do 1cc every five days Test probably Enanthate for 8 weeks then stop for 4 weeks. Is this a sufficient break?? I would also like to know what type of PCT is recommended for such a small cycle, and how should I take??

I also think last time I took propinate i developed very small gyno in my left chest. Im not even sure if that's what it is... but should i take something while I am on to prevent further growth if it is gyno?? I just dont want to have to end up going under the knife!

One thing at a time mate, what do you mean, cycle for 8wks stop for 4wks????? then what?

Well...... I'm not sure really. I would like to stay on but I want to take a break to make sure my levels don't get ****ed up. what do you think? I just want to do something simple to give me a little edge in the gym. I'm not trying to change the world or anything, but i want to make sure i don't damage myself either.... you know??

Well.. I have taken things in the past, but it was never too complicated.... a couple of bottles of win. in the summer and a bottle of test every now and then. To be honest with you the most PCT i have ever done is Nolvedex XT from GNC. I would appreciate more good advice from people that have experience that criticism of what i have done in the past. I am just trying to do it right. Is there a way to instant message you?

hah sorry, but you have to start somewhere. I am a recreational user to Im not trying to get involved in anything too complicated.

BF- probably around 15% kinda soft now. Usually more concentrated on diet in summer.
yrs train-6 or so.
