Is it safe to use 4-ad and 1-test at the same time? would it be worth it?

"Safe" is a meaningless word without context. Yes, 1-Test and 4-Diol work quite well together; yes, for some there are risks such as hair-loss and elevated blood-pressure. Gyno with moderate dosings of 4-Diol is possible although this has not been the circumstance (although it could aggravate existing Gyno)---few have used insanely high dosages.

Well, again, you're not likely to get bitch tits with 4-Diol unless you've had them. That said, some have experienced itchy or puffy nipples which subsided when using an anti-Estrogen/Anti-aromatase---or after product cessation (if you experience this toward the middle, then obviously you should either stop, or add the anti-E---Ergopharm's 6OXO has already been used successfully for this).

I wouldnt worry, unless you are doing some insane amount, which BTW, for some is the only way to get true results.
I do not like prohormones/pro"steroids" - and I think a lot of companies lie their asses off....
But that is my personal opinion...;)
