View Full Version : 8weeks blitz- need advice...

I have only 8weeks to get my goal. Can I achieve this?. Any alteration to this is more then welcome.

I know its amateur plan but I think its decent.
Of course I am budgeted. Student life.

weigh now220lbs( I have decent muscle size just too much fat) 19%

goal 200lb 10%

time period 8weeks.
supplement= 600mg ala/ *25 grams of ephedra/c250mg/a100mg
flax and *****3 supplement-
tribulus and or fagodia agritis

goal: run in morning b4 break 40minutes*5-6times a week

workout in afternoon 2 body part*6days a week plus 20minute cardio

Diet- 11am- half cup oatmeal with dry fruit and nuts 45 minutes after cardio

2pm- hicken/tuna/steak/salmon/tuna subway with salad and veggies with brown rice or potato or sweet potato
4pm - granola bar and orange
workout-1.5hr
6-7pm pwo ( 45gram protein plus 30 gram carb)

9pm- chicken/tuna/steak/salmon/tuna subway with salad and veggies

b4 bed protein shake-25gram protein

Workout includes. 2body( chest/abs-back/leg- shoulder /abs--tri/bis- abs/forearm)

Your diet is not up to par, you aren't eating enough protein. If you are 220 lbs and want to maintain your lean muscle mass while cutting you should be consuming 220+ grams of protein a day. As I see it you are having around 140-150 grams and I do not count your shake before bed because you should be eating real food not shakes and if your shake is whey protein than you are wasting your time having it before bed.

yea, the diet needs a lot of work. should be having a lean protein source at every meal imo. you look like you are snacking between meals. just eat bro! just watch your portion sizes and split it up to 6 meals a day if you can.

20 lbs in 8 weeks is possible considering how over weight you are. i dont think you ned to jack up your heart rate with drugs to do it. just bust your ass in the gym, do some cardio and get lots of rest!

give us your workout routine in excruciating detail please!

I dont believe this can be done in 8 weeks. You will need to add 2 pounds of muscle and lose 22 pounds of fat to reach your goal. If your diet and cardio is dialed in the best you could hope for is 2lbs a week of fat loss. You can make some notable progress in 8 weeks but not to the extent you are seeking.

If he drops 20lbs in 8 weeks I guarantee you a good portion of it will be lean mass.

i think it depends on the person and their genetics. whose to say it isnt possible for this guy. will it happen, maybe not but it is possible.
