Sorry boys...I feel like a dick cause I have posted so much shit, esp in this forum, but I am pressed for time and I want to get on some creatine. But I heard that taking it with Vanadyl + Taurine enhances absorbtion, and gives a nasty pump!
Is this true?
If so, what should my does be??
Thanks!!

vanadyl is"old" supplement and it supose to improve insulin sensitivity.i dont know to many people that use it and are happt with results.pump is coming from carbs(glycogen).post w/o i use mix of creatine ,dextrose, glycerin and ALA (somethimes humalog) to enhance absorbtion

not sure about the vandyl
my shake contains 7.5mg vanadyl, 1000mg taurine and 7000mg creatine.
optimum's anabolic activator III.
gives me more energy and a lot more pump than usual whey + creatine.
your mileage may vary!

My only experience with Vanadyl Sulfate was that it seemed to give me better pumps during my workouts. I had no real strength or muscle gain with it. I did'nt think it was worth the money. Just my opinion.

Vanadyl sulfate is a commonly used supplement during cutting cycles. Since it is not commonly found in foods, many people supplement it. It essentiall works like chromium, except better. It basically shuttles glucose to the muscle cells, so they can be used for muscle energy and not fat storage. The difference between chromium and vanadyl is that unlike chromium, vanadyl sulfate does not need insulin to carry the glucose to the muscles. For this reason, vanadyl is a great bang for the buck supplement for those using a "low-carb" diet. It doesn't shuttle creatine, however pumps are reported, i think as a result of the muscle getting more glucose. Chromium is also an essential body nutrient, so you should take both, they'll work great hand in hand!

I agree with temperoath: used to use it all the time on low carb diets with chromium and I swore by it then.
