it would depend, recovery from what? an injury? from a cycle? from training? there are many things we recover from, if you narrow it down a bit you will get more helpful responses.

I've never tried the stuff, but have heard good reviews.

I went ahead and bought the SciFit BCAA big bottle and the NOW Glut powder.

A buddy of mine said the Glutamine powder is bs, but i've seen alot of people posting it in diets so i'll try it for myself.

I didn't see anything that says it helps with recovery though
