So My doc prescribed me 100mg twice a day, so 200 mg a day of compounded testosterone cream. I have read that i can average 20-35% absorption if i rotate correctly. is this a high prescription?

Won't do much in the realm of building mass, if that what you are asking. If you want to know if it's a high dose for TRT, I was prescribed 700mg per week.
