help with b12

hey guys ,i am in my 3rd week of test e only cycle.!!did a few mess ups in the past so consider this my first real cycle!anyways i wanted to use the b12 injections.!!i did alot of research on it and didnt find the answer anywhere really.!!so here goes

1.is it ok if i inject 1000 twice a week??(not really sure if its ug's or mgs)sorry for that.

2.i know it helps with appetite ,but i also read it increases red blood cell count,so if it does that would i person with low bf,around 10% get some vascularity from it???i am pretty vascular as it is!!

to the OP, you can shoot 1000mcg eod or ed, b12 is water soluable which means that your body will just dump the excessive out in your urine, so you can't overdose if that is what you are worried about

are you shooting cyano or methyl?

sorry for responding so late!i had gone to workout. anyways i am not sure which versions are going to be available at the pharmacy,so i think it wont be methyl or estered version.

i was thinking of doing more like twice a weekly!!would that be useless??

neither of them is estered, the cobalamin(b12) is just attached to another molecule either a cyano molecule or methyl molecule

the pharmacy will have cyanocobalamin, probably 1000mcg/mL, and yes, you can inject it twice a week, if you want to inject it more, just do sub-Q injections, they work just as well for b12

yes, though i wouldn't do this, as it is very risky


i would stick to IM or subq shots
