hey fellas,
i'll be running Sus and d bol in my cycle.
i was wondering what supplements to use during my cycle to get the most out ofn the gear and keep my inside running at 100%
so far i was going to run
Milk thistle for the liver
saw palmelto for the prostate
cranberry extract for the kidneys
multi vitamin
flax seed for the skin
protien
does this look right? also what dosages?

Also should take bcaa's,glutamine, and casein protein before bed.

branched chain amino acids
Branch chain amino acids, they are crutial imo and play a massive part in protein synthesis.

you should elso take vitamin C... steriods greatly deplete it. take 3 grams or more daily

BCAA's = take around 10g per day (maybe a little more, because you'll get some already from the protein shakes)
Glutamine = 10 - 15g per day. (As stated above, a good protein powder will have Glutamine in it as well... but not enough)
Casein Protein = 50g in one shake before bed.
Whey Protein = 50g, in the morning, and post workout
