So i totally let my self go after my last cycle. im talkingnever going to the gym, McD's all the time and beer drankn' every nite...im stupid i know but i was burnt out man....so here i am trying to get back into the swing of things. just want your opinion. Am i stil too fat to hit up a test/EQ cycle? I want to cycle asap because i will not be able to hit a cycle after June 1st. Until Sept 1st.

Use to take down the natty light myself. Anyway, bf is high i would def post up a diet in the diet section and start from there. IMO are you are not ready for a cycle. Not even close man. If the foundation isn't sound then your wasting your time.

haha i whited all that out bkus alll i had on were some tight ass bxer briefs. i got the caliper test and it said 15.6! OUCH but hey it happens to all of us.
this is the diet i have been following for the last week or so. and i have not adjusted the macros since i first threw it together.
**30mins cardio before 1st meal**
Meal#1
-2 Cups of E.W.I. Egg Whites
-1 Cup of Quick Oats
- 1 tbsp Flax
Cals=390/Carbs=31/Protein=57g
Meal #2
-8oz Boneless skinless Chicken Breast w/homemade hot sauce
-1 scoop of WHEY mixed with 8oz of Egg whites
-1 tbsp Flax oil
Cals=560/carbs=2/Protein=73g
Meal #3
- 3 oz Organic Vegetable Medley
- 5oz Solid White Albacore Tuna w/homemade hot sauce
-Sweet potato/Whole Wheat Pasta/Brown Rice (Energy before the gym)
Cals=175/carbs=5/Protein=27g
*GYM GYM GYM*
Meal#4 -PWO-
-1 scoop whey mixed with 8oz egg whites
(adding oat into the shake as of today)
Cals=230/carbs=4/Protein=50g
Meal #5
-8oz Tuna/Salmon/Chicken/Steak
-120g Canned Green Beans
-97.5g Brown Rice
Cals=278/carbs=26/protein=24g
Meal #6 (Just before Bed)
-1 scoop Casein Protein mixed with 8oz egg whites
-1 tbsp flax oil
Cals=230/carbs=4/protein=50g
==Total: cals=1863/Carbs=92/Protein=281==

The hardest part is the diet. We are all different so we all require something different.

Hey man, be careful in your next cycle because you look like you might be a little prone to gyno. It could also just be body fat.
But to answer your question I think you maybe have a little to much fat around the gut to cycle. I know it is hard to wait but if you lost about 10 more lbs I think you might be okay.
south thanx man.....i ran test cyp @ 600mg for 12wks and had no probs with gyno wat so ever....how can you tell by a pic lol?
