arimidex during cycle, pct, or both?

In my next cycle im guna run test e @ 600mg/week for 12weeks anavar @ 60mgs ed week 1-6 and tren a @ 50mg ed for week 6-12 (1st time running tren). this will be my 4th cycle, ive posted experience in other threads.

i plan on running arimidex .25mg eod.... so my questions are... should i even bother running arimidex during cyle? (have in previous cycles) should i just run it with my pct? or both on cycle and pct?

planned pct 4 weeks:
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolvadex 20/20/20/20

any input?
