View Full Version : Ballpark figure on what is my BF%

What up everyone,

I need a little help determining what my body fat percentage is. Can anyone give me a guess? Here are the stats:

Height - 5'9"
Weight - 215 lbs (was 240 beginning of December last year - Clen baby!)
Years Training - 8 years ago/Power lifter for 3 years in the Marines and Power lifting my junior and senior year in high school.

I am back into it except now I am on the bodybuilding side now. No cycles for the last 9 years and I am working on shedding fat while keeping/gaining my lean muscle mass before I start a Test E cycle.

Thanks in advance for the BF% advice.

20-21%

Look like you have a good base beneath, slim down further and you will look much more muscular

Definitely need to keep cutting down. My guess is around 20% bf. If you already went from 240 to 215 keep up what you are doing. There is alot of diet info on this site that can help you get to your goals.

seriously though... you have an army of transformers action figures on your shelf. that is one extreme collection of transformers... yeah 20% probably not counting your transformers. HA HA jk it had to be done

Ha ha ha! No, I don't live in my Mom's basement (that is my computer/hobby/gym room). My wife and I collect transformers and what you don't see in the pictures is the other 11 shelves full of them. About 700 figures total. I lift and do cardio surrounded by robots.

I have been dieting since the beginning of December last year. Diet-wise I have been following Rambo's cutting diet/advice (sticky) - with a few variations for my bodytype and workout schedule. I have been on AR-R's Clen for about 1.5 weeks. Before that I was just using Hydroxycut.

I appreciate the BF% advice everyone. I do still have lots of fat to burn so I will definitely be dieting and doing cardio everyday (40 minutes) like I have been.

diet first , cardio second, and any thing else next
