I recently lost 20lbs I started at 275 and I am now 255. Still got a long way to go but so far so good.

I am sure I will get criticized but it doesnt bother. I am happy I lost the weight.

u talkin bout arson the diet pills?? how are those working for u. i have them but dont seem 2 notice much, hydroxycut hardcore worked better IMO

great job!! I am in your shoes right now too. I started at 298 and I am around 250 now. I have just upped the cardio and less focused on weight lifting to see how low I can go.

cardio will take off fat, but u dont want to lose all the fat and not grow muscle underneath, loose skin dude loose skin!

Count Calories. When you cut.
Train intense aswell. T4/t3?
Also do you power lift or body build?
Looking good how much lean mass you got and what do you got planned for a cutting diet.

Looking good man. Definitely look harder.
What's cool about cutting is as your waist gets smaller, your V taper with your lats starts looking bigger and bigger and bigger... I was down about 20 lbs for a bodybuilding competition a couple years ago and my friends kept saying "Dude how much weight have you gained? You look huge!"

Can someone explain to me the problem? I only see about 2 months in between pictures. Seems like progress to me.
I do agree for OP to post diet, routine etc. if he wants to hit 10%...

Thats a lot of body fat but you always will put some on while bulking! As long as you diet right and use something like t3 clan or ephedrine mate and hit the cardio then you WILL loose weight :-) just make sure you dont loose any muscle as under there i bet there is a lot and will look great wen ripped :-) keep up the good work!
