started pct 1 week too soon.What now?

should i just do the 4 week pct i was doing?
should i run pct 5 weeks to make up for starting a week too soon?

Do it for an extra week. IMO, more is better when it comes to how long you should run pct. I like to run my pct for 6 weeks, just to be safe, but that's just me.
