Your chest and abs are looking awesome, I would focus a bit on the arms to bringem up to par with chest and abs (but the arms are good, nonetheless :))

I am interested in your cycle though, if I may I will ask you some questions:

- How long?
- How much did you gain in weight, how about strength?
- How are you feeling right now, seeing your pictures before and after? thats sick..

Thanks alot man. I really appreciate the feedback. I agree I also need to work on my arms. My arms and legs seem to be the laziest out of all my bodyparts.

I ran 50 mg of winstrol tablets every day for 7 weeks
I ran 500 mg of test enth twice a week for 12 weeks

I wasn't really looking to bulk up too much so I wasn't eating alot. I wanted a more ripped look with as low bodyfat as possible. But I did put on about 3-5 kg of quality muscle.
My strength increased alot. I went from benching a max of 80kg to benching 100kg.

The before pics were taken about a year ago but I only trained about 7 months last year because I had a bad accident at gym early in the year. So the pics are about 7 months of progress. The after pics were taken over dec during our summer holidays here in South Africa.

I feel great now thanks. I have put on some fat since the after pics because I have been eating all the junk food I missed while I was intensly cutting. But Im back on track again and hoping to look twice as good by the end of this year

definitely looking good. just goes to show you dont always have to be in the best shape to do a lil cycle to add a few pounds and tone up.

Thanks for your reply and I respect your views.

Just to let you know that even before I touched the juice, which was a last minute desicion, I was training twice a day in the gym (cardio every morning and weights at nite) and my eating was 100% clean for about 6 months. No cheat meals.
Here is a pic of what I looked like just before I touched the juice. Not as big but definitely as cut. I still Had another 12 weeks to go which Im sure I would of added some pounds on even naturally.

slightly?? i am begining to question to start at max potential thing cause seems that after starting juice it doesnt really matter,honestly he didnt even look that he weight trains before his cycle and you can see his pics above at the start of the thread,he was just skinny nothing whatsoever,he was skinny with low bodyfat so having a 6 packs aint a big deal i have my abs even before weight training but training them made them more developed thats all..i am just being honest here

I don't know man I disagree with you. Look at the size of his shoulders and the seperation between his arm and shoulder. I think he looked very good in the pic before he touched the juice. To get from where he was in his first before pics to how he looked just before he took juice is amazing considering the time he had to take off gym because of his accident.

I was doing incline bench press and a 90kg bar bell fell on my face.I have pics of what I looked like after the accident if anyone wants to see. but its very graphic! ha ha

Chances are my next course will only be at the end of the year again. I want to try test prop with injectible winstrol.
I'm not a veteran when it comes to juice ha ha so any advice of suggestions for my next course will be appreciated.

Ye it first hit the top of my nose and then rolled down my face crushing my nose. it also broke my upper jaw(which was the most painful op ever to fix) It also nocked out a few teeth. Looking at my pics now you wouldn't think it was that bad but it litterally took me about 6 months to recover. I couldn't even go to work

i can imagine bro but thats why i always have a spotter whenever i lift anything heavy,helping or not it wouldnt hurt having him just for safety

Basically my diel looked like this:

Morning: oats with fruit and a protien shake

Mid morning:
Chicken breast and rice

lunch: chicken breast and rice

After gym: protien shake

Dinner chicken breast and veg or fish and veg.

Not the most colourful menu but it worked :)

No I took 2 tabs in the morning, one in the after noon, and 2 at night.

I trained cardio 6 days a week. 30 min of the eliptical machine every morning.
I trained weights 5 days a week in the evenings.

Ye I live in JHB :)

I never had any bad sides while I was taking the juice. I actually felt like a king ha ha. But when I came off the juice I suffered mild depression.

I took novedex and ovidrel for my PCT

Yo had to stop buy. Look good in your pics. You look like a skinner genetic kind of build but you can put it on and keep it.

Did you do PCT, if not look it up for next time its important!

Your eating is good. My only critiscm is you should eat more and not be afraid of getting to fat. Usually your first 1-2 cycles you gain muscle fast.

If i was you depending on your training i would try to lean bulk and use some Test E and Dbol or Deca and toss up your calories.

I dont know what build your going for but you can get up there. Cutting is easier than gaining muscle. Youll find the more muscle you can get youll tend to look more cut even if your fat isnt that low. You dont need to go nuts but dont be afraid to up your diet and try different cycles and bulk more youll do well!

we all get it hit ur natural max first. its kinda getting old ive read this advice about 2.6 million times over the last 5 years on this site. some people want it now and not in 2 to 3 years. you look good bro. i hope u gained knowledge for your cycle on the anabolic review and not the natty review and welcome to steroids.com

Hey dude;

I'd suggest a bulk cycle for your next rather than the tren. then go for the tren for #3. Reason? - you are so lean now - the tren will lean you out too so it you have a thicker base when you run the tren you'll get more out of it. I'd go for a test/ deca/dbol or adrol cycle.

It seems that you had a pretty good natural shape before the juice. Now that you jumped on it, i'd take mperks advice, and go for the gold. Add about 5/10lbs of muscle and you'll be in perfect shape in my opinion.

Hey dude;

If you are really concerned about the water weight try winny 50mg ed instead of the t-bol. But in the long run it doesn't really matter - you will loose the water weight within 2 weeks of going off the orals. Don't do the orals longer than 4-6 weeks and remember to take your liver support, drink GALLONS of water and lay off the alcohol.

I started legs about 7 months after upper body(which was really stupid) but I am hitting them hard now. Trying to build them as quick as possible.

I have been focusing on arms and shoulders since I posted my original pics. My shoulders have grown a lot, but my arms just wont grow :( I even bought a pull up bar so i can do arms at home but still hardly any results. Are my arms just genetically small?

That could be the issue, maybe not. Do you work arms in one day or do a split (back/bis, chest/tris) What does your arm routine look like?

Try this out for 2 weeks and I will damn near promise you that you'll get way better results.

Chest/tris

abs

Back/bis

abs

legs

abs

Shoulders

Rest or......abs lol


Workout should look something like this

Always make sure that last set hits failure.


:back/bis
Deadlifts 3 sets
Bent-over bb rows 3 sets
pull-ups 3 sets to failure
Lat pull-downs 3 sets
1 arm db rows 3 sets

Standing curls 3 sets (Really focus on these, whatever weight you're using, drop it in half. Focus on 4 seconds down, 2 seconds up. Once you can't get another use momentum to get the weight up and continue to failure on the negative motion.)
peacher curls 3 sets
cable curls 3 sets
hammer curls 3 sets

:Chest/tris
Incline db bench 3 set
flat bench 3 sets
dips 3 sets
incline db flys 3 sets
flat db flys 3 sets

decline tri extentions 3 sets
seated db extention 3 sets
cable rope pull downs 3 sets
push-ups 1 set to failure

Height: around 5'8. Im not that tall, thats why i prefer to have an average size build and stay very lean.

I was using the incline bench press and super setting it with dumbell press. I needed help with my last few reps of the dumbell press, so my younger brother who was doing an exersise next to me ran behind me to help, when he leant over to hold my elbows to help me, he accidently knocked over the barbell which weighed 90kg. The accident affected him more than it affected me. He is still going through alot of mental issues a year later.
It basically broke my skull in half. I had to have reconstructive surgery on my upper jaw because it was completely caved in. I had 3 nose ops, and teeth implants.

its exactly a year later this month. I had 3 of the best surgeons in my country working on me and they did a pretty good job. I look and feel great again :)

When I was a kid, I was damn near eaten by a dog, 356 stitches in my face bro. I know how it is to get face ****ed. Like you though, I was lucky to get my face put back together nicely.

I took kessar (Its the novadex we get here in south africa)
and i took ovidrel which is a type of hcg we get here as well. Both worked very well

I ran 500 mg of test enth twice a week for 12 weeks

I wasn't really looking to bulk up too much so I wasn't eating alot. I wanted a more ripped look with as low bodyfat as possible. But I did put on about 3-5 kg of quality muscle.
My strength increased alot. I went from benching a max of 80kg to benching 100kg.

The before pics were taken about a year ago but I only trained about 7 months last year because I had a bad accident at gym early in the year. So the pics are about 7 months of progress. The after pics were taken over dec during our summer holidays here in South Africa.

I feel great now thanks. I have put on some fat since the after pics because I have been eating all the junk food I missed while I was intensly cutting. But Im back on track again and hoping to look twice as good by the end of this year

your everyday food? do you eat a lot or just 1 cup of rice?

Ye this is pretty much my everyday food. I try eat smaller portions so ye just one cup of rice

I only really started seeing decent results near the end of the course.

I am taking an anavar only cycle now. It is really an increadible compound. No sides but already seeing great results.

I'm going to post more progress pics on wednesday
