Being new to all this i am seeking advice on how to start out. I've been working out for approx 2 years and weigh 15,6 stone i have taken creatine in the past and i am now looking for something to cut me up without adding alot of mass. I've read numerous profiles and am now looking at Anavar, would this work?,what cycle would i follow?
Well we need some more info stats, age, bf%, height etc.

I'm 29 , 5,9 with 31%bf on last reading about a month ago. Quite an athletic build but with a little trunk fat that is unwanted this is why Anavar sounded like the stuff but then i read that it doesn't work on it's own and is best stacked?
Well at 31% bf you need to get your diet and training on track. Steroids are not magic try posting up your daily diet for critique. Then after that is sorted start doing 1 hour of cardio per day split 30 mins first thing in the morning before eating and then 30 mins later in the day before or after your weight workout.

my mistake redz,it is 24.9% fat and bmi 31.3. I eat a high protein diet consisting of fibre cereal and semi-skimmed milk breakfast,mid-morn protein shake, tuna and microwave rice or baked potato cottage cheese and tuna for dinner with fruit to follow. a usual for tea could be x2 chicken breasts or boiled eggs on wholemeal bread!! i'll get a photo on as soon as...
24.9 is still very high, Diet could use work for sure.

Diet not good. Bodyfat should be below 15% before considering steroids. Higher bodyfat can lead to health complications during steroid use.

Do some research on what fits your life style..then come up with a plan and post it so we can see what you have learned......I would not worry about Anavar...also checkout the workout section for some good cardio work outs...I would start off with five times a week at 30min....then I would increase to up to 60mins....you also need to up your intensity as you go...

Nothing 6 months of clean dieting and cardio wont fix.

I'll give that a go . If i was to try anything what would you advise as im considering anavar as im a novice to all this and would prefer the none aromatising solution.

Dude I can tell you have the ability to have a badass build. Just busy your ass with some cardio (while obviously still lifting heavy) and You will be a mean mofo in no time. Keep up the good work and keep us posted how your doing.

Seems like you have a good build under your fat bro.
And your not 25% anymore, a couple over 20.
22ish my guess!
