Lookin good, but why not take the pic from the same side? It's kind of hard to gauge results when the pics are taken from different sides. What are your stats like thus far? weight gain, bf%, waist, measurements?

Your neck looks like it has grown 2 inches.

Do you work it usually? Boxer?

You might hate cardio but more of it would improve your look drastically. Good wrk so far.

i personally replaced cardio with boxing boxing works cardio like crazy sprints ,ropes ,punching bag, sparring man sweating for 1 hr and a half hardcore30 sec breack between each round each round is 2 min i do about 30 rounds sometimes, and ppl might think punhing bag is nothing but the way we do it is non stop hitting until the round is done anyways boxing for cardio is alot better then runing on a trredmil and more effective i find

That is way more intense than cardio is supposed to be, hence, it's not cardio.

Precontest I go up to two hours a day but try and keep it to around 45 minutes twice a day seven days a week. Not much into bulking but I would do just enough to keep me from going over 15%.

It's athletic cardio, just not BBing cardio.

Boxing & it's training really works the cardiovascular system, far better than traditional treadmill walking could ever.

Very true, I was looking at it from a fat burning/muscle sparing perspective only.

No wonder you're so ripped up man, that's a ass load of cardio. I've been having a hard time lately on the treadmill, I think i'm just getting bored with it.

How good is it for buning BF? I assume the problem with the heavy bag ect, is it burns up a lot of muscle also?
