Looking great!! Wow, and a guy who has got his posing down as well! One slight recommendation would be to drop your elbows a bit on your back double bi. Your making your waist look longer than it is and its taking away from that great width you have in your back. Wheels are fantastic. What class?

looking really good bro. good luck..... whats the stats??? idk what class c is??

I am now 190lb, 5'9", bf is 4%
still holding a little water from test e. I just switched over to test p.
I am going to compete in class level c, weight class 200lb.

class ranking levels are ranked here like this:

class C (this is the lowest level. You have to start here.)
class B (If you win a C competition in your weight class, you can participate with a B competition next time)
class A (If you win a B competition in your weight class, you can participate with a A competition next time, A class is the highest level of national competition. Kinda semi-pro level)

Now when you win your weight class in A. You get selected to compete in international amature competitions. Like Amature Arnold Classic for example. When you win a international competition (i guess you are pro then) you can move on to a higher competition and get classified and move your way up till you finaly hit the olympia stage hehe.

Must not be NPC sanctioned, never heard of those classes. Also, no offense but you are still a ways away from 4% bodyfat. You should do very well.

Don't worry about it... you're in a good place.

Be careful not to fall behind however.

Very cool.

I should be prepping some UK-based competitors later this year.

From what I've heard, the scene there is VERY competitive.

I wish you the best of luck mate.

What is your measurement there and at the waist? Great taper! Quads look fantastic too - esp in that shot with the 4 of you - BTW how tall was that guy next to you?

thanks. Delts where always one of my strongest points. But unfortunetly that didin't make anything any easier hehe. I have no clue about my measurements. I never measure my bodyparts. The shot with the 4 guys is a part of the overall line up. The large guy is i guess about 6ft 1inch (1.85m) :)

Not to detract from what you've complished (as you look pretty darn good) but, I think you could've been harder, drier, and fuller personally.

How did you (/your coach) approach carbing up?

don't know bro. i am with you on the part that i could have been fuller. We started warming up a bit late if you ask me. And this whole towel pulls etc. for warming up doesn't work for me at all. Next time i need to take some dumbbells with me. I think I needed one extra day for carbing up as well. We did 3 days carbing up with 600grams of carbs. According to him (coach) everything went just perfect. I think he did a wonderful job for working the first time on me and not exactly knowing how my body would react to this whole protocol. Ohw well :) thanks

Thank you. I didin't do a minute of cardio in my whole contest prep hehe. Didin't need that. All diet. I was 8 weeks on test p (100mg /eod) and tren ace (150mg /eod). Last 4 weeks i added 50mg winny injects as well ed, thats it.

wow, are u kidding me?! that is amazing! share ur diet secrets please..

Nothing special at all bro. We calculated my needed carb and protein intake. I came on 500 grams of carb and 250grams of protein. So then we strated to play with carbs. For example high days (500grams), mid days (350 grams), low days (250 grams). Kinda 3 day routine. Each week we checked weight and bodyfat and played with the carbs. Later we did 5 mid days and in weekends 2 low days. After that we lowerd all the carbs a bit extra, the last 2 weeks we lowerd it every day with steps of 100 or 50 till we eventually hit 0carbs 3 days before the competition. And then we started carb loading on 500-600grams and lowerd the protein to 150grams. Seriousy nothing special. Just follow the guidelines for you consumption intake, play with the carbs, stay away from fats, sugar and salt, drop the carbs from your last meal. Don't forget good fats such as ***** 3 in your diet, salad, drink enough water, etc.
