Hey guys, worked out from about october- early december and then stopped during winter break (stupid I know) but I didn't really lose anything. I started again when I went back to school and I gained about 9lbs or so. My routine varies but its usually:
Mon-chest with some abs
Tues- bi/tri
Wed-back
Thurs- legs
Fri- Shoulder/traps
I don't have a distinct diet but I just stay away from foods that are unhealthy, I have egg whites with grits or whole wheat english muffin in mornings and from there on its basically either a salad with meat or a salad meat and rice. Let me know if you have any suggestions or tips.
I am taking:
Creatine EE
Tribulus
Multi-vitamin
Whey/Casein Protein (ON, Nitrotech or Muscle Milk)
ZMA
I forgot to add that I'm 19 (since yesterday) I weigh 199 and I'm 6'1"-6'2". Thanks!

I'd really appreciate it if someone took some time to help me out and give me some advice and diet help. I've done a ton of reading and it's really just overwhelming with various agreements and disagreements etc.

what are your goals? the weight you put on looks to be good weight ( your not fat) so that is a pretty god indicator that your diet is good. if your trying to put more weight on it might help if your keeping track of your cals. this makes it easier to up your cal intake which is what you need to do in order to keep gaining. good work thus far. looks like your on the right track

I'm not really sure what my goals are I'd say I'd want to be like 220 lean, I'll read up some more on cals and see what I can figure out.

If you want to be jacked, then i'd suggest getting on a strong diet. It's not hard at all to do. Chicken/tuna/turkey/potatoes/rice/eggs/oatsm post in the diet section and everyone can help you get a great diet to start with. If you ask me, you're 200lbs at 6'1, and still growing. I would just run my cals a little below maintenance and just get ripped up at 200. It's all about what you want though. Good luck, keep up the good work.

Yeah I've been eating like that I just want more mass put on. 200 at 6'2 is not big by any standards

6'2" 200 lbs is not small by any standards either... but i agree, i'm around 200 at 5'9", if i were 6'2" i'd want to be in that 230ish range, but to each his own, you look good, now alls you need is a tan :P

Dude,
PLEASE TRY THIS
CUT THE SODIUM OUT OF YOUR DIET
The clean foods you eat will have very low sodium (If any) and this will help you look less 'soft' while getting bigger.
Dont worry about the low sodium content in your lean meats tho, egg whites chicken breast etc. will have a lil sodium. Stay away from deli meat..
